Find Your Perfect Bangle Size

Choosing the right bangle size ensures a comfortable fit while allowing the bangle to slide easily over your hand.

The easiest way to determine your size is to measure the inside diameter of a bangle that already fits you comfortably.

Bangle sizing may vary slightly depending on the design and manufacturer.

Method 1: Measure an Existing Bangle

If you already have a bangle that fits comfortably:

  1. Place the bangle flat on a table.

  2. Measure the inside diameter from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge.

  3. Measure in millimetres (mm).

  4. Compare your measurement with our size chart above.

  5. Choose the closest available size.

Important: Measure the inside of the bangle, not the outside.

Method 2: Measure Your Hand

If you don't have a bangle to measure:

  1. Bring your four fingers together and tuck your thumb across your palm, as if you are putting on a bangle.

  2. Wrap a flexible measuring tape, strip of paper, or non-stretchable string around the widest part of your hand.

  3. Mark where the paper/string meets.

  4. Measure the length in millimetres.

  5. Use this measurement to determine the appropriate bangle size.

Helpful Tip

Your hand size, rather than your wrist size, is important for traditional closed bangles because the bangle needs to pass over the widest part of your hand.

Tips for Finding the Right Fit

  • Measure your hand 2–3 times for accuracy.

  • Do not measure too tightly.

  • Your bangle should slide over your hand comfortably.

  • If you are between two sizes, consider choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

  • Wider or thicker bangles may feel tighter than thinner bangles of the same diameter.

  • Bangle designs with an opening or adjustable mechanism may require a different sizing method.
